The pervasiveness of the cyber-sphere grows in public life and so do the challenges that this domain poses to national and international actors. The growing weight that the cyber-sphere has taken in security, political and economic agendas around the world and calls for an expansion of awareness by policy-makers and relevant stakeholders on the need to improve interactions with the cyber realm.
