The Euro-Gulf Information Centre is pleased to invite you to participate in an online Report Launch titled Saudi Bureaucrats’ Incentives Jeopardize the Vision 2030 Implementation Plan held on Monday 01 June, from 15:00h to 16:00h (3:00-4:00 pm) CET. The author of the report, Mohammed A. Al-Suwayed, will discuss bureaucratic behaviours in Saudi Arabia and the organizational traits of key government entities, in order to understand the implications caused by the lack of separation of executive and legislative powers (or function) within government institutions. The event will be moderated by Dr. Mitchell Belfer, President of the Euro-Gulf Information Centre.

Mohammed A. Al-Suwayed is a former VRO Head (Vision Realization Office) at the Ministry of Transport in Saudi Arabia. He holds an MBA focused on Equity Investment and Corporate Strategy from Bryant University (Rhode Island, USA). He worked in the field of asset management and equity investment advisory in the private sector, joined MODON as a Strategic planning consultant to complete its Modon 2020 strategy, and had a regular column at Alriyadh newspaper as well as participating as an expert guest on several TV shows including Bloomberg TV.
