‘Yemen: All you need to know ', we had experts shedding lights on the most forgotten and mysterious war of the Middle East.

The conference was held on April 6th at EGIC’s headquarters.

 

The aim of this event was to analyse the conflict which best represents the ongoing Cold War in the Middle East opposing Iran and Saudi Arabia. EGIC’s Analyst Antonino Occhiuto performed the strategic and geopolitical identikit of the Yemen conflict, Admiral Andrea Mucedola, uncovered the war’s impact on maritime security and international piracy and Daniele Raineri, journalist at Il Foglio, explained how terrorist groups such as Al Qaeda and Daesh, have turned Yemen into their new safe haven.
